Not gonna bother with it until developers actually develop games with 4k in mind. We could have 10k monitors but as long as textures and all that are still being rendered at average quality it's still going to look like shit.
It is still pixels.
All they did was make it more HD by just increase the pixels.
If you zoom into the very smallest you can go you will see that it is still the same.
So all they did was instead of 1080 pixels they are making it 4000 pixels.
There are many other changes, such as the transition from AS to IGZO. They also are fitting more pixels into a smaller space by utilizing IGZO and decreasing transistor sizing, creating greater density which thus creates a more accurate picture. Less outside component interference, and lower power consumption.
