I am waiting for a 100 Eur refund from them for 3 months now... I will have go pay them a visit in one of their offices.

I would have taken a screen shot and contacted the paysafecard and the UGC support teams right away! There is no way that should happen and I am sure that they would reinstate your losses upon contact and explanation!
