I heard someone say there is a place to appeal sponsorpay bans. I got banned unfairly and I'm wondering if anyone knows who to talk to to get unbanned.
Do not tell me to go contact customer service. I already tried and they said they cannot manually change bans.
I then tried emailing the sponsorpay VP engineering and chief technology officer but I didn't get a response.
However, I've seen some people say on forums that it is possible to file appeals. I really wanna get this unfair ban off. Can anyone give me helpful information? Thanks
According to customer service, the exact reason is not stored. I suspect its for multiple accounts.
I used to play with z8 games, but I got tired of CF, and started playing AVA by Aeria. I completed a few offers then bam, I got banned. The system must have still remembered me doing z8 offers and saw that a different account with the same IP was doing offers.
I had like 10 or so offers that I contacted customer support for, and it took them like a week, but they credited all of them. So another reason why is possibly the system saw too much money go into my account, and auto banned me.
