Whey is the best natural supplement, don't move to this other chemical shit this guy is taking cause it increases the risk of heart disease and cancer. Get a doctor to check your blood after his stuff and they will say it's a serious problem.

Don't think of protien as a supplement, treat it as food.
You need to find out how much carbs/protien/fats (from a varied amount of food sources).
And Whey protien will help you hit your protien allotment.
Aim for 1gram of protein per pound bodywieght.
I personally get 150 a day (cause shit im not anal about it) and i way 170 pounds.
Someone said Protien makes you fat. Thats impossible, excess protein (not used by your muscles) will be shitted out your ass. Depending on how much fiber is in your diet will decide if it comes out nicely or painfully.

Don't worry about buying amino, you obviously just started and the you will gain so much muscle when you just start, your body won't even notice the little amino's you get from these supplements.
Learn about food and the macros your body will need.
I use IIFYM caculator to decide what I need.
Unless you workout 2 hours a day you shouldnt be taking protein supplements it'll just end up putting on alot of fat.
I workout every other day for about 1 and a half hour and I buy mine online from body building and its whey..
the only negavite about steroids (and im not taking steroids) is that you look like shit when you will be an old man. other than that i believe they are safe
IMO, people shouldn't use steroids unless they've reached their genetic potential or competing, other than that I'd consider it cheating.
Also, about growth hormones, don't do it. You don't need it as your hormone levels should already be sky-rocketing due to your young age.
