Me:I am infuriated with Amazons service as of late, this is the second time that I have not received my item. I recently purchased a graphics card from you folk here at Amazon which sadly did not arrive. I found my way here to query about it and I was swiftly offered a replacement graphics card which excited me greatly. Today, I arrive home to find an empty parcel with nothing inside other than disappointment. I have always thought that Amazon was a company of integrity and honour but upon further research it seems as though this is a rather common occurrence. I can't say that I'm pleased with your services as of late and I may think twice about using your services again should we not be able to come to an agreement on this matter. I'd like to request a refund and ask the question, what happened to both of my parcels?

It it just that the box is empty, nothing is inside.

As for the refund that I am due, when will I see it in my bank account?

If this is the way that Amazon treat there customers then I'm not sure that I want to use Amazon anymore.

Me:I know a very close friend who had trouble recieving his item THREE TIMES and he was given a full refund BEFORE the investigation took place. Why are you discriminating against me, is it because I'm black?

Me:I'm rather sure that this is news worthy, I may escalate this to my local newsagents if you STILL refuse to refund me AS per customer policy. I doubt that a racist Amazon customer service rep would be good publicity for Amazon.
Now, I know that I am entitled to a full refund, I would appreciate it greatly if you were to assist me and fulfil my request before this escalates.
