Actually, it's not. It's genetics. Genetics are passed through parents and children as I'm sure you're aware. It just so happens that when two black people have a baby, it's black. The hair quality/growth is still purely genetic, though.
Some of us dont need to shave , i only need to shave my legs 3 times a week , and only baby hair sprouts out . White girls on the other hand , will have cactus legs , if they only shaved 3 times in 7 days . But then again , not everyone in every race shaves . We dont speak for our whole entire race .
