So I'm looking for a high protein diet, what do you guys think of this:
Breakfast: 1 cup of corn flakes, 1-2 banana(s), 1 cup of orange juice, 2 eggs, 1 bacon
AM Snack: 1-2 low fat snack
Launch: 1/2KG meat (with no fat), boiled potatoes, arun's mother pussy, rice, mixture of vegetables
PM Snack: 1 Sweet potato, mixture of fruits
Dinner: Fruit salad with honey and yogurt.
