My brother and I put one of the pull up bars on his door and every we walk by it we have to do 10 pull ups.

I could do like 25+ back in high school, probably about 10 right now but I haven't tried. I think I found a good place to do pull ups though so maybe I'll start doing some.

20+ Chin ups.
Trying doing negatives if you can't do normal pull ups ( Jump up and slowly lower yourself down )
I also do weighted pull ups to strengthen my back. Just hit my PR of 40KG with 3 max rep.

Started working out properly 2 weeks ago. Before that I could only do 1-2 slow pull ups.
