m_t_h, You can make a custom alienware on dell.com for cheap. (1000USD). Either way, Not sure as to why these bypasses/hacks themselves aren't working for me. Check this out:

    Manufacturer: Alienware
    Processor: Genuine Intel(R) CPU U7300 @ 1.30GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.3GHz (Overclockable)
    Memory: 4096MB RAM
    Hard Drive: 234 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M
    Monitor:
Sound Card: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)
    Speakers/Headphones:
    Keyboard: USB Root Hub
    Mouse: USB Root Hub
    Mouse Surface:
    Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100226-1909)
