I don't think it's the injector that's detected, but rather the DLL you used. I was able to open the injector for a minute or so with AVA still running and I didnt get any error.... that is until I tried injecting something.
Usually, if the injector is detected, then AVA will immediately close.
3.1. No Transfers. In no case you may permit third parties to benefit from the use or functionality of the SOFTWARE via a timesharing, service bureau, or remote access to the SOFTWARE through any means at any time.
