Don't do that. Missing file errors stem from larger problems and shouldn't be hacked around by shoving a dll you got from a random source on the internet into your system32 folder.
If you're missing MSVCR<number>.dll its because you don't have the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package installed (the number after MSVCR corresponds to the version of the package you need, i.e MSVCR90.dll corresponds to version 9.0 (2008) of the Redistributable Package). Find out which version it is, then download and install the redistributable package from the Microsoft site.
As far as I know these are the version mappings:
MSVCR80.dll - Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
MSVCR90.dll - Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable
MSVCR100.dll - Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable
Just google whichever one applies to you and the Microsoft download page will probably be the first result.
