Okay, for those of you who have struggled and spent hours just sitting here waiting for an answer as to why you are getting some rediculous DLL error, I finally have a solution for you. It took me hours to figure this out (even though it is so simple). This works for Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 8 64-bit (and possibly all the others, though I haven't tested them). In order to get this to work, you must first go to the link ccman provided for the Visual C++ Redistributable. It won't let me post a link so you will have to find it yourself.
Then, even if you are on a 64-bit machine, you MUST download the x86 version and install it (or click repair). Be sure to run it as an administrator. If it asks you to restart than do so. After that, try the hack and it SHOULD work. It has worked for myself and all my friends so far. Let me know if this works for you.

Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013. Download this file "vcredist_x86.exe" from the list of three files provided to you at the download page.

    Go here: microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
Then download vcredist_x86.exe. I can't get more specific than that.

I follow this steps, no work. Reinstall both libraries, no work.
No work, error for load the .dll

My suggestion @ccman32 is testing your hacks before publish on forum.
Have someone help you on tests the hack. Much time is lost, trying to find to do. Also you do not respond to the solution.

Edit: On zip file have two dll, secure64.dll and securex32.dll
What are these libraries and where we should copy?
I copy in System folder and it did not work well.

What operating system are you using? This has worked on every single computer I have tested it on so far. Try restarting your computer and then trying it. Not much I can suggest right now as I don't have that much experience with diagnosing this issue. This was just a solution I found that worked for myself and everyone else I knew who was having trouble with this.

This hack has been tested on 6 computers before the release. Everyone who can't manage to download and install a few Redistributable Packages can leave. I would also like to refer to:
