my mod that changes the scar l to the scar trispear

hi sup everyone.

some of u might know me from my last mods i posted. the logins, the american patriotic rifles and other items.

this is for advance users:

the dtx files goes into the ar textures. which would be this one: GUNS_T_PV_AR.rez

the ltb files goes into this rez file: GUNS_M_PV_AR.rez.

always remember to thank me. and also remember to always rename reznew to rez or it wont work and back ur files.

i aint responsible for ur errors if u dont back up ur files.


i am here to bring out another yet sweet mod out.

this is my crossmod. i hope it works out tho. so let me know how it is. if it changes or not. i really dont know the difference between the nx scar and the gp scar. so if anyone used the nx version of the scar let me know if it is the same or not.

as i know the fire rate and damage didnt change just the textures did. i do need help with the name change. it doesnt come out right when i do it.

if someone can help me out with the weapon name i will be thankful and put credits for there help as well.

the trispear is on par with the regular scar they are both the same with just a simple reskin its just the trispear has its own files. btw you could have just changed just the textures to gain the same effect.

he didnt make it, he may have copy/pasted the .dtx, or he could have renamed it, but he didn't self design it

ok like i said i didnt know the actual difference between the two. i never had a chance to test it. so i thought i did something. give me credit for atleast trying to crossmod.

i will see what others i can do.

i want to make the m16 be like the rec7 ranger. i am still trying to figure out which ones to do it with. what files to do.

thanks. need more work with crossmodding tho. i want to change m16a3 into the rec7 rangers including everything else. can someone help me with it? i asked someone else but instead of helping he wants to steal my idea and try to do it instead of showing me how or teach me how. i hate leachers and stealers

The name for the gun is located in UI_HUD_WEAPONINFO.rez not just replace the file for the scar l and scar trispear.
