We are currently in contact with our hosting provider in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We were just informed by our hosting provider that the hard drives are indeed damaged.
We have managed to backup most of the data, however we are not sure if we will be able to restore everything.
We are currently awaiting a manual intervention from the provider to replace the disks and re-install the OS.
The server hard drives have been replaced and the OS has been re-installed.
We're currently working on restoring backed up data and services.
There is currently no ETA.
