I believe that is impossible for simple bot players to make bots like the ones from James.
The fact that on a quest, the bot only changes the map/area after getting the required item for the quest is very complex.
Maybe we need to change some game code... Idk, never asked James about how he does this.
Nothings impossible. It is very much possible for a bot user, to make their own bots while using a trainer, just like they are when implemented into the actual trainer.
BUT, it would take a lot of coding, and the end result would be that the bot user would at least have to know some basic code.
Personally, I don't think it's worth the time and effort. If someone did bother to make such a thing, then they would just be spammed with people who don't understand how to use it.
I dislike the Bot Manager. Well... it's useful and all but meh. It seems so much more unreliable than a regular AS3 bot. I'm surprised somebody hasn't properly optimised it by now. I also dislike the way in which people upload the .dmbot files for others, because theres no skill behind making it, and the people requesting them are most likely being lazy. A while ago James talked about making an 'Advanced Bot Manager', so I think him and I are on similar terms. Even though I'm not even very active on here anymore, I can't wait for the day that it's released. Keep up the good work @JamesRo .

Yeah, it does, but many people said the vanilla Bot Manager it's lacking in options, so I'm coding this one on my spare time... It's going to be a standalone program.
Indeed the option to only move on once an item has been acquired is a huge improvement for a bot manager, (and once you release the advance bot manager will it work with le bot?) any way to add the option of joining a different-but-same room for those places with bad respawns? Im just typing as I think of stuff.
Also another idea, is there a hotkey for activating the generic attack bot? if not might I suggest adding one or perhaps the option for a non-intrusive check box? I just find it extremely useful for all of those "kill x monsters" quests when not farming (but always lazy)
I don't think anyone has actually LOOKED at the small details in the picture. Right now I am just drooling over that screenie! I'm super stoked to get my hands on this thing and actually make some fully working bots.
My only question is that is it going to have a separate list for collecting/selling items, just so we don't have to include it in the attack/move command list. Like where it grabs in in the background as the bot is going, like the pre-programmed ones on trainers?
