Server errors

[Paradox]

1. When i open b3 after opening server console this comes up:

(look at line 7 i think)

2."First" time i used cod rcon tool it works perfectly but then the secind and so on time i used it it just stays "blank"


3. When i join my server it says attempt 1, 2 , 3 ,4 ,5 and so on until "unable to connect to host" this is comon error the fix was to portforward.. i did and it still dosent work
