Assuming : 0x4FF51658 -->this is DIP hook where i cn find this one i mean the binary string

d3d9.dll is a system library used in all games in d3d9 as crossfire and he dont change the source but he 's as CShell in crossfire (Address are not static) so the real code aren t : MakeJMP((BYTE *)0x4FF51658, (DWORD)dwmyDIP, 0x6); but the 0x4FF51658 is variable so it's Vtable[DIP table] + 0x7
