This happens to me you have a corrupted patcher I suggest reinstalling cf to fix the problem.

1. uninstall
2. Delete Z8GAMES folder
3. INSTALL new crossfire from OFFICAL mir_rror
4. Done .

as all you guys suggested i will reinstall the program (crossfire) and delete the one i had before. Thanks guys. I hope this works.
