It's Always Like That But Some Times It Reaches 300-400 & Few Times It Reaches 170-235

Have you try router recycle? Like restarting your router, But first turn off your PC, then restart your router and wait a minute then turn back on again.

hmm i acually have no clue when mine 60-120 is about 300+ its my internet and it goes down in a hr.=_= i really dont know check on a laptop or another pc in ur house if that one is not high in ping use that one to play xD and sumthing is wrong with ur pc or os =_=

I can't find any better way to sum it up. It isn't your internet. The connection between CF NA and your location in Egypt isn't good. It's not surprising that you're spiking.

@Hero He should be pleased, I was in a game with a middle-easterner earlier and his ping was 1.7k w\o spiking, 4k spiked about twice.
