Account Blocked. PLS HELP

when i log into my account it says "your account has been permanetely blocked"
then when i log into z8games it says 'your account has been blocked due to investigation"
pls help
will my account be blocked forever?

Well if you did nothing, then why would this happen? kind of obvious. They won't just ban you cause they feel like it.
And yes, it is perm banned, just look at the message. Create another account. Your only way.
If you don't know/forgot what you did, just contact z8 and ask them why.

That is not really true. When your account is under investigation, they are checking to see if you have done something. There is no way of knowing...

Ok what this means is that your account is under investigation which also means they are inspecting your account the causes are either you sent a support ticket and they are inspecting your account or someone caught you hacking and reported you and now they're inspecting your account now if they find some proof of your hacking then you will be permabanned for hacking/malicious tools @RamarulesAlt

Usually account investigations lead to permanent bans. What above said is what you should look at.

If they find proof that you hacked, then it's a permanent ban. If there is no proof, then the ban will be lifted.
