Crossfire version.ini Problem

when i start the game then comes "failed to download version.ini"

what should i do?

delete it completely from your computer then install the game again

Actually, turn off ur internet, then run patcher u will get "Failed to get version.ini", i get that when there is no internet.
Check it too, turn of antivurs and try again

guys just right click on version.ini options ReadOnly > Apply > Ok

This worked for me, although I first reset the internet and then it worked, happened to me yesterday

Said this on another thread:

Go in your CF folder - C:\Program Files\Z8Games\Crossfire

Look for a file called version.ini.

Then copy and paste this into it:

COUNT = 1

Replace it over everything that's there...

Or I have uploaded my version.ini file for you. Just copy and paste it to your CF Folder.
