Click tele- Iv'e seen people teleport before, GR spawn to BL spawn
Unlimited health- Not possible
Unlimited amo- I haven't seen anything like that before, im pretty sure it's possible.

Unlimited ammo was possible but now it's server sided.

Unlimited health is possible but the bugs that come with it are not
and unlimited bullets was patched and probably now server sided
about the unlimited health, as it is, not possible, but maybe some other clever ways might be possible

[No Spread] = Yes, of course. There are many hacks with this feature.
[Click Tele] = Yes, but will give tons of errors upon use.
[Unlimited Health] = Not possible. It's server-sided. In order to hack, you need to hack in Z8 server. You know what will happen if you do that.
[Unlimited Ammo] = It was possible in 2011, I'm not sure if it's possible now. I think you can get a bypass + CE and hex edit shit and make it happen, but I guarantee it will not work properly.
