Thanks hero on last thread but i tried deleting the xtrap folder then it goes to step 12 on hgw game watcher then nothing happens

Err, well if you have an anti virus system(example, Norton 360, AVG, Kaspersky, Panda) - then there should should be an option to disable protection and firewall.

Does Z8Games site even load properly for you? This seems mostly like the server problem.
Try re-installing in safe mode.

If it where a server problem (Z8Games) you'd get stuck on the patcher or ingame
