It's a little application with codes for your in-game console. Example of codes are; Maps and a big list with DVARS! =)

i think it's part of your server commands, not console, but maybe their is im not 100%, you may have to use ur remote console on your server to kick/ban n00bs.

One more question; How I can make player slots for admins? I want to make 2 slots for admins. Like 16/16(2 slots). How I can do that?

1. do you have a 2 screens 1 gaming, 1 remote console,
2. 2 admins can be done through the gameservers settings, but i dont think you can do full 16players in a game + 2 admins, i think admins come under players, unless they are specing or on remote console.
