It's simple as making it open with AutoHotkey.exe and then pressing 1 on the number pad when in Blops.

I couldn't get this version to work so I re-wrote it to be a lot simpler.

There were some glaring syntax problems with the original version.

I have no need for an on-off toggle.. and when you do it this way you don't need to run a loop continuously checking to see what the active window is. I also had it detect the CoD window by class instead of name.
Edit: I didn't require a toggle key, so I didn't add it it on purpose.
