So my main account [W]hiteBeard was banned yesterday / today, Not sure which. Now I can't prove I was hacked and won't try to come up with BS proofs showing I was because I don't have any. I have a 846 dollar balance on Bill Me Later because some faggot bought like a billion things. In the process of getting that fixed and would like to get this fixed too, as I enjoy browsing this site and making trades / sales here and there. Unfortunately I do not have 40 dollars to refund Abber for the Gocash card he gave this guy, and I fully understand if I am held responsible and not unbanned until I can refund this. But fortunately I have been able to get Abber his account back because this fuck gifted himself money from my Paypal and I had his name in my skype. (Yes I admit to scamming the guy who scammed Abber to get his account back, as Abber and I have been friends for a long time) Thankfully the account is back in the possession of its rightful owner and I think Abber is willing to back me up on this one.

I'll lift your ban since you gave Abber the account back, but you'll be blacklisted... There's no proof that you were hacked since your post IPs from before you hacked and after you got "hacked" are the same.
I'm sure you know the routine. People blacklisted aren't allowed to trade at all in the marketplace. If you are seen trying to engage in a trade (offering, telling people to add you through skype/msn/etc), then that'll also get you banned. Giving people price checks are fine. That's about all you can do really.
It's up to the middleman's to decide how long your blacklist should be, although personally I'd make it a permanent blacklist since it's clear you weren't hacked (IPs prove it). Not my decision though.
