I mean, I don't think the bind for teleport matters really, as it works with or without binding.
The changemap is quite odd, but could you possibly add an option to use the: "changemap_to_next_random_sector" & "changemap_to_current_random_sector"
or use the default changemap 08d (I think that's what the map was)
(If you do happen to do that, the delays would have to be changed because the next & current random sectors is much slower then the "changemap 08d" command)
