I have been programming for a little over 7 years now and I'm 21. Time to time I find myself "in the mood" all the time (like currently), and sometimes I take a few months break or however long it takes to find that "spark" again. It's the reason I know this is what I'm going to do for the rest of my life because it keeps calling back to me and I keep feeding it. Hope it helps.

Programming has such an addiction in it that if porn hadn't existed, I would've been coding all day.

well, I think of it like this. Programming is a skill that allows me to make any kind of projects I want on the computer. I can make money off these projects. Money will keep you entertained, should pull you back in.

I have found that web programming clears my mind a little lol. That's when i am not having seizures due to the astronomical cause of trepidation that the html brackets deal.

Learn something cool. When you first started and thought it was interesting what things were you programming?

Maybe I could give you some advice on some cool things you should learn.

Take a break- Its not the coding thats bothering you its your life preasures I'm sure. I'm married with 3 kids, full time college student, Responsible for all the financing, kids education, family time..... It goes on and on. I love to dig into some code, make a website, Jump in photo and illistrator and make banners and mess with flash components I LOVE IT. I will love c++ to when I finish learning it but everything else in my life drags my mood down and I lose focus on what I want and Have to do for myself.

What I do to unreel is watch some netflix, go to a movie, go for a walk in the woods, just somwhere nobody grinds my name in thier teeth andtry to forget about everything i have to do. Then when I return home I dont think immediately about what needs done I go straight to sleep and when I wake up, I eat, bath, and make coffee then all that anxiety is gone and I can code for another 10-12 hours unhindered.(without getting bored)

Hard to find decent tuts? lolwat...
    You're doing it all wrong...

All you need is your current knowledge, an idea of how you want to implement whatever you want to implement, and documentation. MSDN is a great source of documentation on winapi. Google will help you with all other documentation you could need...

Don't C&P codes from tuts and think you're a programmer...
Ah we-a blaze the fyah, make it bun dem!
