# Thread: [URGENT] Geometry BiConditional Statement

1. ## [URGENT] Geometry BiConditional Statement

what's it mean, "The Measure of an Angle is 52 more than the measure of its complement. What is the measure of the angle?"

2. Sorry, I just started geometry and we didnt cover that yet. Sorry

Same but the grammar in that was terrible. The question you wrote sounded like you could not memorize it. Please edit and fix.

Nevermind, BiConditional Statements.

If you can wait until till tommorow, ill be glad to get you an answer.

6. =D FOUNDDDDD. Example: A angle is 90 degress, if and only if the angle is a right angle. =D

7. Oh so pointing out the obvious(no sarcasm intended)! Ah so why did you need it anyway if I may ask?

8. Geometry homework/Test tomorrow. I got another question, xD. Editing first post.

9. are they two angles? that are similar?

10. i dont no any of that im in grade 8 lol

11. 90-52=38

12. And such simple questions can be answered using Google

13. I'm surprised that none of the answers fully explain the actual answer.

is the angle is 52 more than it's compliment, and the angle is x, then:

x = (90 - x) + 52

which means that:

x = 142 - x

or:

2x = 142

so:

x = 71 degrees.

Double check: 90 - 71 = (71 - 52)
