Advice for this macro:

Set the clicking value from 60 to 1. You can leave the 2nd value alone.

Don't use the macro with automatic weapons. The Ntec and Obir are an exception since the ntec would need to be tap fired anyway; and the obir is a burst, so you burst faster!
