    Question How To Overlay a menu or some texts on DX games like MW2 with C# or cpp

    Hey guys im new here and i was lookin for help all around the internet but i didnt found any fuckin question , i need ur help please
    im workin on a project.....
    i want to overlay somethin ingame so like when im playin COD MW2 i click on F8 or any button ... and it shows something , same like how steam works ...

    and i know that this is the right place where i'll post this ... however , im not tryin to make a cheat but i need to know how to make that menu that looks in the cheats ... blablablabla

    please it should be programmed in C#

    You need to create a window with C# and WPF, make it borderless, maximized, make the background transparent and draw onto it (Google "how to draw to window c# wpf)

    I wouldn't recommend external overlays, since they're very slow and you gotta use ReadProcessMemory...
    Better use c++ to hook the D3D9 Present function.

    But if you decide to code an internal hack, d3d or engine based, it will probably be detected though.
