Texture problem at converting!Read pls

I have problem maybe litle biger than expected .
When i convert for example m4 short col iwi file in iwi2dds from 1,336 size of file drop to 1,025 evry time!!!
I do evrything but when i start crc fixer i doo evrythign what is needed but when press execute nothing hapense my file is still 1,025.I tryed presing hundered times exectue so to my size come to 1,336 and when come i save it.My game dont crash but half of my skin is missing.Pls guys HELP!!!

fixed by presing genrate mip maps

When you save the file. Be sure to use the ALPHA thing right.
Also, try to save with no bitmap (Or what it was called again.)
