Most websites require You to confirm your email account, so you cant just use dummy email.
However making new emails is very timeconsuming and wasteful.
Fortunately theres a way you can reuse your 1 account several times:
Most websites make difference between emails with and without dots. However web email providers dont make difference if there are dots added.
For example: "firstname.lastname@example.org" that becomes "email@example.com" would be different accounts that can both be registerd for for example A.V.A but email would be still recieved to gmail account "firstname.lastname@example.org", even if "email@example.com" is used to register to A.V.A(Aeria).
