I downloaded the dll but i dont know where to put it, cause i downloaded msvcp100d.dll and the error still pops up...

download that
and then put that dll file in ur C:/Nexon/Combat Arms/ Folder and ur C:/Windows/System32 folder and thats it congratulations you have solved your problem yay!!!

Copying a DLL like that can be unsafe and make your computer unstable, the proper way to fix the problem is to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable which can be found here:
32-bit or 64-bit.

Blame NOOB for compiling the file in Debug mode instead of Release mode which would stop this problem from happening (well in most cases anyway).

Drag The Dll into the N-Jector
Then Start CombatArms_Direct.exe
