Right-click your Internet connection and select "Properties".

Write down or print all of the information on the window that comes up.

Choose an IP address and enter it into the "IP Address" box. The IP address you enter should be identical to the IP address you wrote down when you ran "ipconfig", except for the last number. The last number can be anything between 1 and 254.

Click "OK" until the menu box closes.
