Making A Custom GUI For Web Browser

I need some quick tutorials on how to make a reasonable guy for my webbrowser.

Well, you could use a status lable instead of the huge progressbar.
And maybe drop the Menu thing, and make it with a Options or so.

And for the buttons, you could add like a image to it.
Will get a image of my second attempt to make a web-browser

Well yeah thanks for the suggestion, I was thinking if I should drop the menu bar, but thats not the point.

What I meant was to ask HOW to make the GUI? Do I use photoshop or sth, and if yes, is there any specific stuff I should follow to ad them to my projects?

Yes, when the mouse is over the button, it will highlight.
Also, I don't plan on releasing my theme.
