voice command, you mean as in speech recognition?

I am working on a voice hack, but not by speech recognition, Instead the hacks talks to you and tells you which Options you have enabled or disabled, It even tells you if the hack was installed successfully.

Perfectly possible, and I've got a working implantation right now... Although... You will be presented with two options:
    - giving the user a 1GB (yes, gigabyte) hack with the speech recognition engine; or,
    - running the Soren recognition service from a server, where there will be a definite lag between voice prompts and their appropriate actions being taken, especially if you are on a VPS on a slow uplink.

But it's impractical. A good speech recognition library is > 1GB. And unless you have a beastly server that can handle massive amounts of continuous traffic and constant processing of many wave files, then it's unlikely you'll be able to implement this in a superb manner. Sure you may be able to get "press X and speak a command", but you won't ever get the constant-on listening for commands and instantly responding to them that will truly put your software above the rest :P

Not necessarily it does not have to be 1 gb you could just include the words that are in the hack and boom your done

A proper, high-quality speech recognition library should be able to recognise multiple accents, versions of commands and lexicons. Even if you just had 10 words in your dictionary, your speech recognition system would be more than 700mb already.
