Barclay I love your client, I have used it for ages, but whenever I click get alt on the alt database, it just comes up with a white box where I'm meant to type in the captcha, please fix it man, its my favourite feature!

Same goes for me. The packets indicate that there IS a connection made to the Captcha servers, so it must be something client-side. Is there a fix in the future?

rename the .jar file to minecraft.jar, then put it in the bin folder. It will tell you if you want to overwrite, click yes.

just a note on using this, rename your original minecraft.jar to minecraft.jar.original so you can keep your original with any mods and tweaks done, then you can easily switch back and forth between the client and modded minecraft. such as i have minecraft.jar.nodus, ;.jar.glslmodded, ;.jar.unmodded
