No, still works for me!
Run as admin, click "Click me" 5 seconds before you start PB.exe.
Click - and click try

Try restarting your computer, cache, temp, all processes that could associate with MPGH v.8
Download it again and put it in a different directory and try again.

1.) Go search a download link for this D3DX9.dll (Search in Google)
2.) Put it in your System32 file
