    Post PAYPAL

    Hello guys , i lost 21$ through paypal from a user that scammed me for CS:GO skins . He never made the trade and he logged off steam and skype .
    How can i successfully make an issue refund? Really want to get my money back .

    Did you do this over MPGH? If so, file a report

    ALWAYS CONFIRM IT IS ME VIA THE MPGH VM SYSTEM BEFORE DEALING

    Dispute over paypal, from there just wait it out and provide as much proof as you can.

    Was your money in the Paypal balance or was it direct transfer?
