I just want obama in it, not the background of the picture

EDIT: Oh crap, if the render is the background, I don't know how to make that. I just want it white i guess and the lines will be blue tints. On your tut when you say that you make those marks with the 'artistic brush', I want a lot of those and those to be diffrent tints of blue, mostly aqua but with some darker shades of blue.

I just want white background with blue artistic brush: mostly aqua, but some darker tints of blue.

I want the obama immage in the center and have the brush strokes kind of fade when they are about to intersect the immage so it looks like they go into the background and around it from the back.

The quote should just be in the background top, going across the whole sig.

My name should be in the center of the bottom-right-segment along with the 'MPGH's Anti-Hax0r' thing.

Maybe a little green tint would be good.

PS: I do not know anything about graphic design onece so ever so I know this may seem very vague to you. Tell me if you need specifics.
