lvl 55 hack dont work for me!!! need help

so i used the easy account hack and i followed all the instructions. but when i used the hack it says its complete but when i go back to COD nothing changed. i need to to know what i did wrong.

1) Make sure you are using the correct patch
2) make sure you run as admin (right click on app Not required on xp)
3) Still doesn't work? post again
