    contrary to popular belief, winrar does not handle 7zip. 7zip however does handle winrar.

    so use the actual 7zip program instead. And rename the file to .7z if itll help u remember.

    i tried to use 7zip to extract it but they said " system cannot allocate the required amount of memory"

    And antivirus scan virustotal/jotty (include Avg) says thats clean.
