Ping Mask Tool

I was wondering if it would be possible to create a tool which masks your ping to appear lower than it actually is.
This seemingly lower ping time could be used to explain away some of the benefits you are getting from chams. E.G. if someone calls you a chammer for shooting them early after a corner, say it's because you have a very low ms, like 40, cos you have a good internet connection. Your fake ping would back this up.

Of course, this isn't gonna get you out of any really sticky situations, but it could prevent a couple of reports, and who doesn't want that? And yeah, some people probably don't need this 'cos they have a sexy ping anyway, but just tell me if you think it's a good idea, and whether or not it would be possible.

Only problem with that is, where i am Virgin is the only ISP that do high-speed connections, and for unlimited downloads it would be nearly twice the price per month of my current ISP, which is hella not worth it. So yeah, looks like i'm stuck with my 1-2 bars orange ping :P

Just think logically when making this through C++. Something like a code that grabs and reads your ping at a constant rate, or grabs and reads it, then changes it to 20-40, then freezes the appearance of it. Like everyone here says, it's too much work to code.
I've been banned 5 times now on project blackout so even if you have a low ping, they will still report because they have nothing else to do all day.

Its like that ... you need to go to the USA for better connection cause when u live another country you may got 2 ping bars.
So its better to play another region / country like PointBlank .
