I first started off with a new document the size of 389x140. Fill it with a Dark greyish color.
Then take this image:
and paste it onto your signature.
Once you have that then find a nice spot for it to go in the top right corner. Once you have that, then take a splatter brush fro your eraser, and click a few times on the canvas.
Do the same thing only with this image:
This is what you should have so far
Now take a 15px or more soft brush and take the eye drop tool and select the pink as the color. Click a few times around the canvas and then smudge it with your smudge tool at these settings:
Signature so far
Now take your render, in my case this one:
And then erase anything that you think will make it look ugly and set this layer on Linear Dodge.
Now take your pen tool and select the pink color again. Outline the render that you have.
Now copy this layer and make a new layer as well. Fill the new layer with the blue from the other texture used. Then right click this layer and select create clipping mask. Once you have that, Move the top layer around a bit until you have a blue color as the line. As well move the line layer over to the right just a bit.
Make a new layer and make a nice pentooled shape that can create a little flow. Fill it with the blue color and set it to overlay or Soft light.
Now select the half circle on the bottom of the layers box and then select Gradient:
Get a Black and white gradient and set it to Soft Light at about 9%.
Lastly add some text with the main two colors in the sig. ( If you need help with text i will make a tutorial on that later)
