NPC Everywhere

It works for US / DE / FR / IT / PL clients (tested) (soon ES), and no Framework required!!!

For those not familiarized with this plugin, it opens the popup dialog of any NPC (except gate keepers) regardless of distance, which means you can buy, sell, manage the warehouse and bank, use the blacksmith to repair or any further action, no matter where you are on the map, and even from one map to another, as long as the NPC is on your list. To add an NPC to your list you have to visit him for real at least once.
