Photoshop CS5 won't read DTX

Hey guys,

I followed the MPGH Rez mod tutorial and placed all the plug-ins in the good places but when I try opening a .DTX format file, CS5 won't open it. Please help over Team Viewer or by Reply.

Hi first make sure the DTX files are converted to linchteck if so i had the same problem, i don't know if it will be the same solution though, when you put in the add-ons to read DTX files you have to use a 32-bit version of CS5. Well that's what i had to do, it never worked on my 64-bit then i got the crazy idea to use it on a 32-bit version. When you are installing CS5 on a 64-bit system it lets you either install the 64-bit version or both, if you did install both then look for the non 64-bit exe.

Ah thank you! Il try downloading the 32 bit CS5 and Il let you know if it worked.

Convert the files to lithtech format using dtxconvert and be sure that you have the correct plug-ins.
