Just to note everyone.
VAC isn't running in Barracks means you should use it there.
Also, if you was to use this, it will not really go against the rules. (after what I have been e-mailed about)
Because this don't give you an advantage over other players. (Unless you use like the Killstreak Editor/Class Editor)

Also, I am to believe that VAC won't bother to ban you for this small stuff. Since you don't ruin the game for others. (Unless you use Killstreak Editor/Class Editor)

Killstreak editor is bugged. If modding specialist killstreak gives you 1 point sleight of hand and 2 points quickdraw. There is no third perk. 8 Point streak all perks keeps working thought.

i think theyve got only 2 perks out of 3 cuz they r usin hardline which will change to 0-1-2 kills...so the 0-perk gets kicked out of the setup

That's good to mention since some people are dumb enough that hardline is good to use here. In three kills you get three perks so no need to use hardline. It will only f*ck up the hack.
