My understanding of it is that it tricks the game, momentarily, into thinking it only needs one player per round (you). This way it starts the match instantly with you as host, and from there everyon else can join (but you're still host).

If you're not getting any reaction from the game, make sure you are running as admin and run the hack as follows.

open MW3, Open Hack, search for a game, immediately switch windows (to the hack) and hit F8. You should see MW3 stop searching and start the game.

Technically you shouldn't have to switch windows but I've found occasionally that the hotkey doesn't trigger if you don't.

Internal hacks/Memory Editors
You will most likely get banned for those since they modify .exe and .dll and are public.
Memory editors are detected.
You will not get VAC banned as long as you don't modify .exes and .dlls.

This isnt a hosting mod, in no way does it edit or create .gsc files. And as i mentioned in my previous post this edits memory but it is not a well-known mem editor (like CE) and so wouldnt be scanned for and it only edits memory for a very short amount of time. So it's still quite safe to use.
