Can't connect to online services

Hello, so i have been trying to play MW3 for the past 2 days and i keep on getting can not connect to online servers. i tried every solution know to man.

Deleting the Blob file
Re installing MW3
Allowing it through the firewall
disabling Security
allowing it through security
opening ports

Are they anything else i should try? or am i banned, with out the message saying i'm banned?

i do not think reinstalling steam would do anything. seeing how it is not tied in with the MW3 servers. and i have reset router many times with no success on getting it to work.

i think i might of found a fix testing now, try verifying your game integretity by go on your steam, right click MW:3, go on properties > Local Files > Verify Local Files (of it might be Verify Game cache) cant remember its name. I am having the same problem ill get back to u if it works

@ipod crazy didn't work for me, tried it 2 times, still can't connect!
